Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of 3D Floor Plan Maker. The short version: the drawings you make are yours, the software is sold as it is, and nothing it produces is a construction document.

What the service does

You describe a building in a sentence. The service generates a structured model of that building and draws it — a floor plan, elevations, sections, an axonometric and a three-dimensional view, all derived from the same model. You may then change the building in conversation, and every drawing follows.

Generation uses third-party language models. Their output varies, and the same sentence will not produce the same building twice. Rooms and dimensions are computed from the model rather than invented by the text, but the arrangement itself is a machine’s proposal, not a designer’s decision.

What it is not

Not construction documentation. Drawings from this service are not stamped, sealed, reviewed or certified by an architect or engineer. They do not comply with any building code, zoning ordinance, fire regulation or accessibility standard, and no check here is a substitute for one. Do not build from them, submit them for permit, or rely on them for any decision that costs money or affects safety without a qualified professional reviewing them first.

The service is a tool for thinking about space early: sketching a layout, testing an idea, showing someone what you mean. Treat its measurements as a proposal to be checked, never as a survey.

Your account

You can use the service without an account. Making one — with a Google sign-in or an emailed code — keeps your plans and lets you open them on another device. You are responsible for the mailbox and Google account that can reach it. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, to attack the service, or to generate content that is illegal in the place it is made. Where we reasonably can, we will say why first.

What you make is yours

You own the buildings you describe and the drawings the service produces for you. We claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to run the service: storing them so you can come back, and rendering them when you or someone with your share link asks for them.

We do not use your plans or your briefs to train models. They are sent to model providers only to answer your request — see the privacy page for who those providers are.

Payment

Every plan starts free: a first draft and three changes, with no account and no card. Paying unlocks one plan for unlimited changes and lets you download its drawings. It is a single payment for a single plan — not a subscription, and not credits. A monthly subscription is offered separately and unlocks every plan while it is active.

Prices are shown before you agree to them, in the currency stated at checkout. Refunds are covered on the refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to produce anything unlawful where you are.
• Do not attempt to extract, resell or rebadge the model behind it as your own service.
• Do not automate the free tier to avoid paying for it.
• Do not attack the service, its providers, or other people’s plans and share links.

Availability and change

The service is offered as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular drawing will be produced. Features described here as unavailable — PDF and DXF export at the time of writing — are not promised on any date. We may change or withdraw features; where a change removes something you have paid for, the refunds page applies.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law where you live allows, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to what you paid for the plan in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including construction cost, delay, professional fees or lost profit — arising from drawings you chose to rely on.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top when the wording changes. If a change materially reduces what you get for a payment you have already made, it does not apply to that payment.
