Terms of Service

These terms govern use of 3D Floor Plan Maker. The important part: this is an early design tool, and its AI-generated drawings are not construction documents.

Using the service

You describe a building, and the service proposes a structured model and drawings derived from it. You may revise that proposal through conversation. Because AI output varies, the same request may produce a different result and may contain omissions, impractical arrangements or mistakes.

An account is optional. Google sign-in authenticates the account, but plans are currently kept only in the browser where they were made. Signing in is not a promise that a plan has been backed up or synced to another device.

Not construction documentation

Do not build from these drawings. They are not stamped, sealed, surveyed, reviewed or certified by an architect, engineer or other licensed professional. They are not checked for building code, zoning, fire safety, accessibility, structural performance or site conditions.

Use the service to explore an early idea and communicate intent. Have a qualified professional independently verify dimensions, constraints and compliance before any permit application, purchase, construction decision or safety-critical use.

Your inputs and outputs

You keep any rights you already have in the briefs and materials you submit. We do not claim ownership of the drawings generated for you. Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use and modify those outputs for personal or commercial work. AI output may not be unique, and another user may receive something similar.

You must have the right to submit any material you provide. Do not submit confidential information unless you are authorized to send it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its providers.
• Do not use automation to evade rate limits or other safeguards.
• Do not represent an output as professionally certified when it is not.
• Do not infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers or other people.

Availability and payment

The current production version is an early preview and does not take payment. No paid subscription, plan unlock, export entitlement or refund right is created by using this version. If paid features are introduced, their price and the applicable payment and refund terms will be shown before a purchase.

The service may change, fail or be withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular output, or that a feature shown as a preview will become available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing an output and deciding whether and how to use it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including construction cost, delay, professional fees, lost profit or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top records the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site or by email where required before they take effect.
