This page says exactly what is stored, who else it reaches, and how to get rid of it. There is no advertising here, no tracking across other websites, and nothing about you is sold.
What is stored
- The plans you make. The sentence you typed, the building model derived from it, the drawings, your conversation with the drafter, and the reference image made for the layout. This is the product; it has to be kept for you to come back to it.
- An identifier for you. From your first visit you are signed in anonymously, so that a plan has an owner. That identifier lives in your browser’s local storage. It is not linked to a name or an email until you choose to sign in.
- Your email address, if you make an account. That is the whole account — there is no password, no profile, no phone number.
- What you bought. The amount, the currency, the date, and the payment provider’s reference. Card numbers never reach this service.
Your sentences go to a language model
This is the part worth reading twice. To draw a building, the brief you type and the current state of the model are sent to third-party language models, reached through OpenRouter. Do not put anything confidential in a brief — a client’s name, an address, anything under an NDA — the way you would not paste it into any other AI product.
We do not use your plans or briefs to train anything of our own. What the model providers do with data sent to them is governed by their own terms, which is exactly why the sentence above matters.
Who else receives data

That is the complete list. Nobody else receives anything, and none of it is sold or shared for advertising.
Cookies
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on 3dfloorplanmaker.com, which is why you were not shown a consent banner. Your sign-in session is kept in your browser’s local storage because the site needs it to know which plans are yours. Analytics are counted without a cookie and without an identifier that follows you to any other website.
Sharing a plan
A share link makes one plan readable by anyone who has the link. It exposes the drawing, its name and the brief — never your email, your other plans, or what you paid. Anyone with the link can open it, so treat the link itself as the key. There is no way to revoke a share link today; if that matters to you, do not share the plan.
How long things are kept
Plans are kept until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Deleting a plan removes it and its drawings. Records of payments are kept longer, because tax law in most places requires it — typically seven years.
What you can ask for
Write to the address below and we will, within 30 days: send you a copy of everything stored about you, correct anything wrong, or delete all of it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will never cost you anything. If you are in the UK, EU, or a place with comparable law, these are your rights rather than our courtesy, and you may complain to your data protection authority if we handle a request badly.
The quickest route for most of it: delete a plan from your plans page, and it is gone.
Children
This service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly store data about them. If you believe a child has made an account, write to us and we will remove it.
