Refunds

This page is not finished: the seller’s legal name, jurisdiction, contact address and postal address are still placeholders in lib/legal.ts. Fill them in before taking a payment.

Ask within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why, and we would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use.

Try it before you pay

Every plan draws its first draft and takes three changes for free, with no account and no card. That is deliberate: by the time anything asks you for money you have already seen the building, the drawings and the 3D view, and you know whether this does what you need. Most of the reasons to want a refund are answerable before you pay, and we would rather you found them there.

Single plans

Write to the address below within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. No reason is required. The refund goes back to the card or account it came from, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

The plan itself locks again when the refund is issued. Anything you have already downloaded stays yours to keep — we are not going to ask for files back.

Subscriptions

Cancel whenever you like; the subscription then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and stops. We do not refund part of a month that has already been used, with one exception: if you were charged for a month you did not use at all and tell us within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it.

We email you before every renewal. If a charge ever surprises you, that is our mistake and we will refund it regardless of what this page says.

When we may say no

• The request comes more than 14 days after the payment.
• The account is being used to take refunds repeatedly — buy, download, refund, repeat.

That is the whole list. We will not refuse a refund because you used the plan, because you changed your mind, or because you did not give a reason.

If a feature you paid for goes away

If we remove something that a plan you paid for included, tell us and you get a refund regardless of when you bought it. The 14 days does not apply to our own changes.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days, which you may be asked to waive at checkout in order to get immediate access. This policy gives you the same 14 days either way, so the waiver costs you nothing here. Nothing on this page reduces a right the law where you live gives you.

How to ask

One email to the address below, from the address you bought with. Say which plan, or just say “refund” — we can find it. You will get a reply within two business days.
